Exactly what you expect from a pub like this. The food is pretty good and definitely reasonable. Their happy hour is until 7 (except Mondays it's all day) and includes a large selection of drinks and appetizers. The staff are attentive, friendly, and made me feel welcome and engaged (I was sitting at the bar alone). I came back the next night for karaoke and truly enjoyed the crowd and the vibe! Connor (I believe that's his name?) was extremely nice, and the cute lil girl with the tattoos and long black hair is really sweet as well.
Quick bite and drink was the mission and a mighty accomplishment made. Food waa hot and delicious, and "yo" (inside joke) beer was cold, my shirley came dirty! Had the new to the menu mozzarella sticks, wasn't anything stick about these logs! Delicious! Had the Street Nachos, these were good but next time I'm leaving the pineapples to the pizza! Yes I said it pineapple belong on pizza too! Equality baby equality!
First time in and it was excellent! Claire was a great waitress, very kind and honest! We asked for her opinion and she gave it. I was set on trying the Cheesesteak wrap, but questioned my choice when she said the Calabash Shrimp was yummy. I will try the shrimp next time!! My only complaint, coming from a life without mayonnaise before moving to the South, the mayo flavor was overpowering in the wrap and the ranch dressing (which tasted homemade) but it was still good. We will definitely come back for our “parents night out” as I do not see this being somewhere that I’d sit with kids, even if they’re 11 & 15. Also, definitely give the Lychee Martini a try! It was different but good different. Cheers!
Amazing food. Friendly staff clean. The only negative things I can possibly say is my burger was less cooked than I liked and I dont care for the chairs. A little pricey, but i think the quality warrants it. You will not regret eating here.
This bar was extremely clean in the seating area and in the bar section. Staff was friendly and attentive. The young lady that served us was AMAZING. The food was literally the best. I had the ruben with tots and my husband built his burger. Tone of alcohol choices. Def a place to stop while on main street. Family friendly during the day..does turn 21 after i believe 11 or 12pm. Restrooms were clean.
My friend and I went for lunch during the week. The food was really good. Not only was the food good but the presentation was nice as well. I got the Shrimp Po Boy and sweet potato fries which was absolutely delicious and the portion was really good. My friend got one of the tacos but I can't remember which one. She said it was absolutely delicious.
Have been twice and can't wait to go back again, and again!! Drinks are good, food is great, and the atmosphere is laid back. If you like corn beef, do yourself a favor and get down here and try some Their boneless wings should be titled something different as they are beautiful, juicy chunks of chicken full of flavor. The pork rinds are fresh and cracklin' when they come out. Can't wait to try more from the menu. 06/2024: First time since the remodel, and it is absolutely breathtaking in there!! Food was top notch, as per usual. It's always fresh and elevated. Atmosphere is chill. Always a good time at Main St.!!
